we appreciated the property and would definitely return. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, at a moderate distance from anne of cleves house. further, it was next to the restaurant, brazil and cafes.

I really got great value for my money, especially with such a reasonable rate. The location was fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and the staff was friendly and efficient throughout my stay.

The morning meal could use a few more fresh fruit options.

It made our trip to Campinas a very nice experience. Wonderful hotel, unbeatable and excellent location, we booked a melia twin room and enjoyed it. The venue staff was attentive, not annoying. The service was good throughout our stay.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom was very small.

The room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked well. Location is very good. Nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. I became a member of hotel chain and got late check-out till 2PM.

This hotel is a joke.Rooms very dated. Reception staff not interested in guests.Checkin took forever.not of international standard.very old fashioned procedures .especially check in and check out .insecure recording of credit card details .

I had an awesome time ringing in the New Year at this hotel! The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away, making it super convenient for nightlife. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the comfy room made it easy to relax. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to lend a hand!

I wish my room had a bathtub, but that's a small detail for such a lovely stay!

The room was ok and no noise. Good value for the money

We wanted to check out early morning, around 5:30 am, but we had to wait for the front desk officer to come, around 10 minutes. Also the bed linen was very poor.
